Basic Album Instructions: Across the top are thumbnails.  The slideshow is set to 6 seconds.  A thin red outline around the thumbnail shows which one you are on.  You can drag the black scroll bar below the thumbnails to move ahead or just position the cursor at the left or right side to view the thumbnails faster or slower in that direction.  Or just click on the desired thumbnail to view a particular picture.  You can pause/play the show at the bottom left or download the picture using the link at the bottom right of the large picture.  The text at the bottom left of the picture is the picture filename.  you can Enter or Exit Full Screen at the bottom far left.

These pictures and movies are of Walter’s personal things that we will be distributing to family members.  First selections are Walt Peters and the children of his brothers Tom and Bob.

See this 6-1/2 minute .mp4 Video.  It is 220 Mb and is an HD video so it is quite clear.  It needs a QuickTime plugin.

In Google Chrome, when you go to play it, you will get an error.  Just click Ignore and it will play.  Hit the full screen box button and it will become full screen.  but it will play quickly.

In Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari you must wait until the whole file is downloaded before it runs so that takes a few minutes depending upon your connection speed.

For an smaller 55Mb mpg file use this .mpg Video.  Same comments but only 1/4 of the size/time (and no QuickTime plugin needed).

Some of the pictures are of photographs I plan to scan and post, perhaps here.  I was wondering if anyone wanted the originals.  Then there is jewelry, silverware (incomplete sets), a silver serving plate from when my Grandmother was a Grand Regent of the Catholic Daughters, rosaries, tie tacks, yearbooks (St. Michael’s HS, and St. Peter’s College), diplomas, certifications, draft notices, backgammon, and an Infant of Prague statue.  See also here and here for more on the Infant.
